Admission Assistance

Where can I obtain assistance with registering for New Student Orientation (NSO)?

Once an Online Application to apply for any course in Broward College is submitted by you, the New Student Orientation (NSO) can be started.

To schedule New Student Orientation (NSO):

  1.  You receive communication to your personal email and text regarding the next steps  from your Student Success Coach.
  2. You need to visit your applicant portal and click the provided link, which will direct you to Bookings to schedule your New Student orientation.

At the NSO session, you will:

Register for classes
Schedule your first advising appointment
Create your FSA ID
Learn about the different degree programs
Learn how to access your remote classes
Learn about Student Support Resources
If you graduated from a public high school or have placement test scores on file, you can opt for either a virtual or on-campus orientation. However, if English is not your first language or you graduated from a non-English high school outside the US, please select the EAP Orientation.
