The instructions below are for new or returning students and not for current students.

In order to start with your New Student Orientation (which is part 1 of the New Student Orientation (NSO) on-boarding process, and is required for all degree-seeking students new to BC), you will need to have applied and been accepted to the college. The New Student Orientation, also known as NSO (part 1) is part of the onboarding process and is required for all degree-seeking students new to Broward College. Students receive communication via email and text regarding the next steps from their Student Success Coach.

To reschedule NSO (part 1):

• If you need to reschedule your NSO (part 1) session you can speak to a live representative by going to QLESS, selecting the Admissions queue, or emailing mycoach@broward.edu.
