How to Schedule New Student Orientation (part 1) Appointments for New/Returning Students?

The instructions below are for new or returning students and not for current students.

In order to start with your New Student Orientation (which is part 1 of the New Student Orientation (NSO) on-boarding process, and is required for all degree-seeking students new to BC), you will need to have applied and been accepted to the college. For more information, visit https://www.broward.edu/students/orientation/.

The New Student Orientation, also known as NSO (part 1) is part of the onboarding process and is required for all degree-seeking students new to Broward College. Students receive communication via email and text regarding the next steps from their Student Success Coach.

To reschedule NSO (part 1):

  • If you need to reschedule your NSO (part 1) session you can speak to a live representative by going to QLESS, selecting the Admissions queue, or emailing mycoach@broward.edu.
